At Mocklingo, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair experience for all our users. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase on our platform.

All purchases made on Mocklingo are subject to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. By completing a payment on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms stated here.

General Rule

All purchases on Mocklingo are non-refundable once a plan is activated and one or more interview sessions have been used.

Eligible Refund Cases

Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same plan due to a technical error
Payment deducted but plan not activated on your account
Verified platform-side technical issue that prevented you from accessing any sessions after purchase

Non-Eligible Refund Cases

You have used one or more interview sessions from the purchased plan
You changed your mind after purchasing
The platform did not meet your expectations
Unused sessions remaining at end of plan period
Poor internet connection or microphone issues on your end
Accidental purchase by you or someone using your account

Refund Amount & Processing Time

Approved refunds will be for the full amount paid to the original payment method
Partial refunds for partially used plans will not be issued
Applicable payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Amount will reflect in your account within 7–10 business days depending on your bank

Free Starter Plan

The free Starter plan has no cancellation process as no payment is involved. You can simply stop using the platform at any time.

Paid Plans

Mocklingo offers one-time purchase plans with no automatic renewal or recurring billing. You do not need to cancel anything to avoid future charges.

Account Deletion

You may request to delete your Mocklingo account at any time by emailing support@mocklingo.com. Account deletion requests will be processed within 7 business days. No refund will be issued for unused sessions at the time of account deletion.

Unused sessions from the Starter plan do not carry forward to the next month
Unused sessions from paid plans do not carry forward after the plan period expires
No compensation or refund will be provided for unused sessions that expire

Mocklingo stores the following billing information permanently for record-keeping, tax compliance, and dispute resolution:

Registered name and email of the payer
Amount paid and plan purchased
Date and time of payment
Transaction ID and payment status
Plan duration and expiry details

We do not store your card number, CVV, or sensitive payment credentials. All payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay.

If your payment fails, your account will not be charged and no plan will be activated
If your bank shows a deduction despite a failed transaction, the amount will be automatically reversed within 5–7 business days
If the reversal does not happen within this period, contact us with your transaction details

Contact us first at support@mocklingo.com before raising a dispute with your bank
Provide your registered email address, transaction ID, date of payment, and description of the issue
We will investigate and respond within 3–5 business days
Raising a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first may result in temporary suspension of your account

Include your registered email, date of purchase, transaction ID, and reason for refund
Our team will respond within 3–5 business days
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Mocklingo is a practice and learning platform. We do not guarantee placement, job selection, improvement in interview performance, or any professional outcome. No refund will be issued on the basis that the platform did not result in a job offer, placement, or career outcome.
