Welcome to Mocklingo. By accessing or using our platform at mocklingo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Mocklingo is an AI-powered interview preparation and communication practice platform. We conduct real-time audio mock interviews, generate AI-powered feedback, and provide English communication practice to help users prepare for job interviews.

By creating an account or using any part of the Mocklingo platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

Mocklingo is open to all users regardless of age. It is a learning and practice platform designed for students, freshers, and professionals at any stage of their career.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
Only one active session per account is permitted at a time

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Plans are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal or recurring billing
Plan features and pricing are subject to change with prior notice

All payments are processed through Razorpay in compliance with RBI guidelines and PCI-DSS standards
Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) for customers in India and in US Dollars (USD) for international customers
We do not store your card number, CVV, or sensitive payment credentials on our servers
Billing information stored: registered name and email, amount paid, plan purchased, date, transaction ID, payment status, plan duration
Payment receipts will be sent to your registered email address

Interview sessions are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered account holder
Unused sessions from the Starter plan do not carry forward to the next month
Unused sessions from paid plans do not carry forward after the plan period expires
Mocklingo reserves the right to limit or suspend usage if misuse or abuse of the platform is detected

Consent & Data Processing

Microphone access — required for audio-based mock interviews
Audio processing — voice is processed in real time for session conduct and feedback
Data processing — resume, job description, and profile data shared with secure AI services
Profile data usage — stored and used for personalization and internal analytics
Analytics tracking — Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity (with consent)
Data storage — interview history, feedback, resume, JD, and billing records stored permanently

Intellectual Property

All content on Mocklingo is the intellectual property of Mocklingo
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
Use of the platform does not grant ownership rights over any content or technology

Disclaimer — No Guarantee of Outcomes

Mocklingo is a practice and learning platform only
We do not guarantee selection, placement, or any career outcome
Results depend entirely on individual effort and consistency

User Conduct

No unlawful or fraudulent use of the platform
No reverse engineering, hacking, or interference
No sharing of account credentials
No automated tools or bots
No harmful or offensive content
No impersonation of any person or entity

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Mocklingo is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access
AI-generated feedback is for practice purposes only
Mocklingo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Governing Law & Modifications

Terms are governed by the laws of India (IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023, RBI guidelines)
Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India
Mocklingo reserves the right to update these terms at any time
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms
